Once upon a time, there was this issues in my school group chat that got me so upset that for the first time and only time I insulted my class mate. 5. Emotional Intelligence: This has to do with the ability to manage your emotions under all circumstances. If you are an impulsive person people will not take you seriously. Such people function based on what emotional state they are.  So when they are happy, you will see them junping around. When they are sad, you see them incapacitated by that feeling. It means that no one can know the state of your heart until you speak because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.  People come into a new environment and because they are yet to speak it is safe to assume that they are wise, especially if they are properly dressed.
