In business, it is what you know that gives you an advantage over you competitors. About 80% of businesses that are started fail in the first five years, and only a handful of the 20% that survived the first five years remain five years later. 

A business that is not built on the foundation of proper knowledge will only end up as a job. The difference between a job and a business is that a job cannot survive without your presence and direct input but a business can survive for many years without your presence and direct input.

5. Emotional Intelligence: This has to do with the ability to manage your emotions under all circumstances. If you are an impulsive person people will not take you seriously. It means you comply with best practices whether someone is watching or not.  You always want to keep an eye on your child because you can't predict their next move.
